A cheeky groom and an adorable bride.  Neale and Karen made taking their wedding photos just so easy.  Just a lovely couple who were surrounded by their children,  parents, grandchildren and friends to celebrate such a special occassion.  Coupled with Neale's beautiful red mustang, which made a stylish prop for our photos, the day was blessed with sunshine and blue skies.  Thanks Neale and Karen for trusting me with your special day.  I can't wait for you to see the album.

It rained a little on the way to the hotel. The bride was so relaxed with her gorgeous daughters she wasn’t even concerned. When we (Brianna and myself), arrived at Mt Coot-tha for the ceremony it was like the rain just vanished. The sun came out along with the many smiles from Roger and Janette’s six stunning daughters, family and friends. Just a small celebration with their nearest and dearest made the day even more beautiful. What a simply delightful couple who were so at ease with each other it came out in the photos. It made the day go by without a hitch. After the last photo was taken, just after sunset, the skies opened up and down came the rain.
Thank you Mother Nature for being so kind to Janette and Roger during their special day. This was a very special wedding and the many expressions I captured from the day with forever be in my memory and theirs too with the lovely slideshow, prints and DVD that I presented to them.

A long walk on the beach! A beautiful sunset! Wind blowing through your hair! Surrounded by family and friends! That was Matty and Aly’s request for their perfect day. “A day on the beach with my bestie” is how Matty describes his wedding day to Aly. Currumbin Beach was the destination choice for this lovely couple who loved the simplicity of the outside, waves crashing, blue skies and sandy shores. If you were at Brett’s Wharf on this late afternoon then you would have seen Tarja and Stephen exchange their beautiful wedding vows written from the heart about family and love. A casual wedding, surrounded by family and friends, with a tranquil backdrop of water, boats and seagulls with the occasional passer by smiling with a satisfactory nod. With the sun going down quickly it was a fast run around to get the shots of the bride and groom before the nights festivities began in a stunning venue decorated with style and grace. Congratulations Tarja and Stephen.

“Just like a fairy tale” that’s the only way to describe Adrian and Steph’s wedding. A handsome groom and a simply stunning bride. A beautiful ceremony at the gorgeous Latrobe Chapel followed by scenic shots amongst the hilly streets of Paddington. Fantastic city views across the road from the church allowed for some simple yet fascinating shots. Overlooking Brisbane City, Enoggera Tce made a splendid backdrop for some quirky bus stop shots as well. The bride was glowing and the groom couldn’t stop smiling. A match made in heaven.

What a great day we had with Maxine, Cameron and Mother Nature! A very windy day made for interesting outdoor shots and well done to our brave wedding party for being able to give us beautiful smiling faces, regardless of the conditions. We found some great locations near the reception which turned out perfect for Maxine and Cameron. It was just a beautiful day with a beautiful couple. Thank you for trusting us with your memories.

Congratulations to Brett and Robyn on what was a perfect day for them. Looming rain clouds in the morning had the couple a bit nervous, but they soon passed and we ended up with excellent conditions. Another fun couple with great smiles and awesome location shots. We left a fantastic church service at Bowen Hills to arrive at the very scenic Topiaries at Samford and were spoilt with a beautiful sunset. What a great day we had photographing Jim and Jill! Perfect weather, beautiful church and everyone had a great smile for us. Jim and Jill were certainly the perfect couple on their special day. The fun couple for sure! Lots of laughter made for a great result and made our job so much easier. After the service at Rosalie, we headed for Roma Street Parklands in the stretched limo and got some great shots that turned out amazing. It was such a fun day!

A stunning summer’s day with blue skies and not a single sign of rain. Alana and Lachlan celebrated their love together with an intimate ceremony with friends and family. With Redcliffe’s natural radiance and beautiful beaches, the day was warm, relaxing, full of laughter and plenty of love and sunshine. Congratulations Alana and Lachlan. Here’s to new beginnings and a life full of good memories and great expectations.

Question: How can you shoot different poises for a two month old baby that still captures her personality and facial expressions?
Answer: You wait and you watch and you snap.
Sleeping peacefully whilst the camera flashed repeatedly just to get that “awh” shot. Never crying and never getting agitated, little Isabella is every mums dream, beautiful, photogenic and simply adorable. I was lucky to get lots of hugs along the way as well. Thank you Tina for letting me into your home and trusting me with your precious little one. I know Ully is going to love these special photos once he is home to see them.

Meet Fred Nicolosi, the “Honest Sicilian”. What a character! Fred needed urgent head shot photos for the invitation to present a specialist lecture on Measurement and Verification of Energy Savings at the forthcoming Siemens Energy Efficiency Academy seminars in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne. Well, we got the shots, did a little retouch work as requested and Fred was more than happy. It was a pleasure to meet and photograph you Fred.

You couldn’t ask for more beautiful weather to take photos with today. Nick, Kate and Georgia were a delight to photograph and even enjoyed the ideas we had and made a few suggestions of their own. A beautiful gift for Father’s Day that worked a treat. Dad was happy and delighted with his beautiful photos. Even the dog got his own shots. Amazing how you can get a dog’s attention when you have their dribbly tennis ball in your hand. A dog treat here and there and you have a perfect little furry friend.
The similarity between these adorable three children is definitely shown in their beautiful blue eyes that just beamed in all the photos. A fun afternoon was had by all and a lot of special moments were captured for eternity. Thanks Nick, Kate and Georgia for being such a delight to work with. Shooting from the heart makes such a difference.

What a treat it was to photograph little Joshua! The rain clouds had disappeared and the sun was warm and inviting to have a play on the swings. Such a cute little boy, full of beans and loved the nearby park. His beautiful blue eyes are a stand out and his cheeky little smile infectious. A great morning at the park on the swings!

Mark, Kelcie and little Tyler were a delight to photograph recently. Tyler has just turned 6 months and was a perfect little boy for everyone. His cheeky smile was on show and his gorgeous face just beemed in every shot. Even the family dog managed to get into a few shots. It was a fun morning and the shots turned out great.

Recently we had the privilege of meeting 18 month old Oliver and what a treat it was to work with such a cute little boy. The day started off with a few candid photos around the house playing with a few toys and then a couple of shots with a professional backdrop propped up in the lounge room, but the real fun was at the park down the road. On the way we stopped for a coffee and drink and then proceeded to take heaps of photos on the swings and running around on the grass and trees. Oliver even found a balloon which he was highly fascinated with. We managed to capture Oliver’s true personality on the day which Lulu (Oliver’s Grandma) was most impressed with. Lulu, whom Oliver calls “do” was there on the day to entertain Oliver along the way and whilst she was reluctant to be in any photos we couldn’t have done it without her help. Oliver truly loves his Lulu. Thanks guys for a wonderful day for making our job so easy and entertaining. Can’t wait for Oliver’s new brother or sister to arrive.
